If you want reaaaally easy-easy- just check out a kid’s dept bookstore selection of origami books, or else the regulary crafts dept section. I’m sure there’s an origami dino book- they make everything else, it seems. It’s all paper folding, and “easy” will be pretty basic-looking. be prepared.
